Meet the CEO
My first step toward this goal was when I created Grace Production in 1988, a company that manages and promotes a variety of singing groups, Comedy, and Jazz. Several well-known artists have been promoted through Grace Productions including Shaunice Wilson, Shalamar, Katt Williams, Jamie Foxx, Cheryl Underwood, Stoney Jackson, 4 Reel, Compton Most Wanted, D.J. Quick, and the famous rock group Sublime, etc. There was a gospel division that promoted “The Wrecking Crew”, a group of young men and women ex-gang members, prosecutors, and drug dealers who have turned their lives around and have chosen gospel role play and music to spread their message of a chance for a better life.
The success of Grace Productions allowed me to create Unity IV Life, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of at-risk youth, young adults with physical and mental challenges in our surrounding Inner-City communities.
City Lites Entertainment began in the year 1996, with a vision of running my own entertainment company. I envisioned incorporating Grace Productions with my entertainment business ventures, and “City Lites Entertainment” was born, with its production division already having a solid foundation.
The knowledge and experience I have gained over the years has allowed me to put together the Hollywood Park Jazz Festival, Jazz at Drew Festival, Black Expo Festival, and several successful projects as well as building a positive and respectful reputation in the Corporate World.
Since I have gotten my life on the right track, I have devoted every spare moment possible in my community to create a project that will focus on our Inner Cities.
That project is City Lites, a non-profit organization that focuses on promoting health awareness, nutrition, physical fitness, helping the homeless, and education to all youth and adults, with an emphasis on those living with diagnosed challenges throughout the Greater Los Angeles area. City Lites’ main fundraising event is our Annual Inner-City Marathon & Health Festival. “Our Marathon Continues.”
About Us
Your Creative Event Company
We are a private independent business; we don’t have profit-hungry shareholders to answer to. This means we can choose exactly how we grow. We only sell tickets only for Ticket Lites events to raise funds for City Lites and for other non-profit organizations. City Lites is a non-Profit organization that promotes Health awareness, Mental Health, Education & Physical Fitness to all youth and adults, with an emphasis on those living with diagnosed challenges throughout the Greater Los Angeles area. Ticket Lites is not a public company. But we also strive to make sure that every single ticket sold has a positive impact on our team, our planet, and in our communities. We call this “Our Marathon Continues.”
